1. About the Site

The Site describes our coaching programs and lets you contact us, request a free Margin Leak Check, or schedule a call. Our coaching services themselves are provided only under a separate written agreement signed with each client, which governs in case of any conflict with these Terms.

2. Coaching only, not professional advice

Content on the Site, the Margin Leak Check, and our conversations with prospective clients are provided for general business coaching purposes. They are not tax, accounting, legal, employment, insurance, investment, or financial advice. Please consult a qualified professional, such as your CPA or attorney, before making decisions in those areas.

3. Results

Figures and client stories on the Site come from business owners we have coached in France and reflect individual experiences. Results depend on each business, its industry, its market, and the work put in. We do not promise or guarantee any particular result.

4. The free Margin Leak Check

The Margin Leak Check is offered free of charge and without obligation. Its findings are estimates based on the information you provide; we are not responsible for decisions you make based on them. We may decline or limit requests at our discretion.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by submitting false information, sending spam or malicious code, attempting to access systems without authorization, or interfering with the Site's operation.
