Before we started coaching, we were exactly where many owners are today: running a business that worked, but rested entirely on our shoulders. Confusing revenue with profit. Ending the day exhausted without knowing if we were really moving forward.
After more than 15 years as business owners, we learned one simple thing: the problem is never a lack of hard work. It's a lack of structure, method, and perspective.
So we built what we wish we'd had from the start, first for business owners in France, and now for owners here in the U.S., from our base in Raleigh, North Carolina.
