This Privacy Policy explains how Adrien&Emily, LLC [LLC filing confirmation — to be provided], doing business as Adrien & Emily Consulting ("we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you visit adrienemily-consulting.com (the "Site"), fill out a form, schedule a call, or otherwise contact us. We serve business owners, and we ask only for the information we need.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us

• Contact details: first and last name, email address, and phone number.
• Business information: type of business, revenue range, team size, and anything you choose to tell us in a message or about your main challenge.
• Figures you share for a Margin Leak Check: business figures you choose to share with us during the check, such as sales, costs, or prices. We ask for the minimum needed and never ask for bank logins or Social Security numbers.
• Scheduling details: when you book a call, the date, time, and time zone you choose, and the details you enter on the booking page.

Information collected automatically

• Site measurement: we record pages viewed, visits, and clicks on our main buttons, together with the campaign parameters in the link you followed (such as utm_source). We use this only to understand which pages and campaigns work.
• Browser storage: our Site stores a few small values in your browser (local and session storage) to remember the campaign that brought you here for up to 30 days and to link your form submission to that visit. If we ever test two versions of a page, a strictly necessary cookie keeps you on the same version.
• Technical data: like every website, our hosting provider processes your IP address, browser type, and request logs to deliver and secure the Site.

We do not currently use advertising cookies or third-party advertising pixels on this Site. If that changes, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where required.

2. How we use your information

• To reply to your messages and requests, and to schedule and hold your Margin Leak Check or a call.
• To assess whether one of our programs fits your business, and to provide our services if you become a client.
• To contact you by email or phone about your request. We do not send marketing text messages without your separate, express consent.
• To measure and improve the Site, and to keep it secure.
• To comply with legal obligations and to protect our rights.

3. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf and under our instructions:

• Vercel Inc. (website hosting, United States);
• Google LLC (Google Cloud and Firebase for data storage in the United States; Google Workspace for email; Google Fonts for the typefaces on this Site);
• Vimeo, Inc. (client videos, loaded only when you choose to play one).

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a merger or sale of our business, in which case this policy will continue to apply.

4. How long we keep it

We keep inquiry and lead information for as long as needed to follow up on your request and for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Client records are kept for the length of our engagement and as long as required for legal, tax, and accounting purposes.

5. Your choices and rights

California residents

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (together, the "CCPA"), may give you the right to:

• request a copy of, correction of, or deletion of your personal information;
• opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information (we do neither);
• limit the use of sensitive personal information (we do not use it for purposes that would trigger this right);
• not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

In the past 12 months, we have collected the categories described in section 1: identifiers (name, email, phone), commercial and business information, and internet activity on our Site. We collect them from you and from your use of the Site, for the purposes in section 2, and disclose them only to the service providers in section 3. You may use an authorized agent to make a request; we may ask you to verify your identity before we respond.

Other U.S. states

Residents of other states with consumer privacy laws may have similar rights. We honor requests from any visitor where we reasonably can, regardless of where you live.

Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track

We do not sell or share personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of. We treat a Global Privacy Control signal as a valid opt-out request should that ever change.
